Lucknow: Taking exception to the registration of an FIR against a Uttar Pradesh journalist for ‘exposing’ the poor conditions at a government school near Lucknow, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has stayed further action in the case and termed the FIR a ‘retaliatory action’.
